Don't know a username and password? If you are an authorized Avidyne dealer, you may apply for access to this system. Please note: Your MyAvidyne.com username/password will not grant you entry to this system. You must apply for access using the above link.
TechChat™
TechChat™ is an online live instant message utility that has been created to serve authorized Avidyne distributors with immediate support.
To use TechChat, simply log onto the Dealer Technical Publications page and click on the TechChat button. TechChat will provide online support during normal business hours, and the ability to leave a message for the Support Team during off-hours.
For Reference, Avidyne Technical Support Hours are:
Monday – Thursday 8 AM to 8:30 PM Eastern
Friday 8 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time
TechChat is designed to save you valuable time, should you have a quick question and need it attended to rapidly, bypassing the need to contact our technical support staff via voicemail or email.
TechLine™
TechLine is specifically for after hours support issues and should only be called during these off hours.
Answering service operators are not able or expected to offer technical trouble shooting guidance. Their function is to gather information from you only.

TechNotes is an online Knowledgebase of frequently asked questions. Consider it an encyclopedia to reference common issues, and how to quickly resolve them.
