Avidyne Corporation, a leading provider of integrated avionics and safety systems for general aviation aircraft, today announced that they will be hosting product training seminars at EAA AirVenture 2014. Adventure Flight Training president Trip Taylor will provide twice-daily training seminars on the new IFD540 FMS/GPS/NAV/COM in Avidyne Booth #3130 in Building C. These one-hour training seminars will be held daily at 10:00am and 2:00pm on Monday-Thursday (July 28-31, 2104).
“We are pleased to be hosting Trip Taylor of Adventure Flight Training in our booth during AirVenture for IFD540 training,” said Patrick Herguth, Avidyne’s Chief Operating Officer. “Trip and his team have a proven track record of providing top-quality training to pilots at all levels of proficiency, and we think pilots interested in our new IFD540 will find these seminars to be informative and focused on the important tasks you need to fly in the IFR system.”
“In my IFD540 training seminars, I will cover all the basic operations, but more importantly, I will focus on showing pilots how to use the IFD540 in real-life, hard IFD situations,” said Trip Taylor of Adventure Flight Training. “I am genuinely excited about the IFD540 and I believe it makes flying simpler and more fun.”
The IFD540 is Avidyne’s new panel-mounted FMS/GPS/NAV/COM. For more information go to www.avidyne.com .
