Summary:

Avidyne is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop lead implementation, track and optimize our digital marketing initiatives for clients across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools, trends, and strategies, as well as a proven track record in delivering digital initiatives against measureable KPIs. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the marketing team, executive stakeholders, internal teams (such as marketing ops, developers, designers, etc.), and external vendors to manage all digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing campaign strategy and planning, content development, and delivery across multiple web sites and other digital channels for the end user community
  • Plan and lead execution of all referral, SEO, email, social, content, PPC, and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to senior leadership and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign marketing efforts and budget allocations based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure messaging, creative design, audience, and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience for execution by the marketing ops team
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Budgetary planning and management

Position Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in driving digital marketing excellence with progressive growth
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and developing targeted, multi-touch digital campaigns with relevant CTAs
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Experience with marketing technologies including Marketing Automation/Email Marketing, CRM, CMS, Web Analytics
  • Experience creating, optimizing, and reporting for Google AdWords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
